POSOKLICK APP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. Clicking the 'AGREE' button at the end of this document indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions and forms a legally binding agreement between you ("Consumer" or "You") and Botswana Postal Services Limited t/a BotswanaPost.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
- Consumer: Any individual who registers and uses the Poso Klick App to browse, select, and redeem deals and offers.
- Personal Data:Any data that could potentially identify you as an individual, including your name, address, age, phone number, email, and other KYC documents.
- Non-Personally Identifiable Information: Data that cannot identify you directly, such as demographic details or behavioural patterns used collectively for analytical purposes.
- KYC Documents:Know Your Customer documents required for verification and authentication of your identity by BotswanaPost.
- Coupon: A digital voucher available through the App that you can use to avail discounts or special offers from Merchants.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Data Privacy and Protection
- Custodianship: BotswanaPost is the custodian of all personal data provided by you during the registration and verification process. BotswanaPost is committed to protecting and safeguarding your data against any unauthorised access, theft, or misuse.
- Data Access: Ship2MyID will have access only to Non-PII for facilitating interactions with brands and merchants through a Unique Digital ID. No direct access to your Personal Data is granted to Ship2MyID.
- Data Use Consent: By registering, you provide explicit consent to BotswanaPost to verify and authenticate your personal details as per the local data protection regulations. You also agree to the sharing of Non-PII with relevant third parties as needed to facilitate offers and promotions through the App.
4. Consumer Obligations
- Accurate Information: You must ensure that all personal information provided during the registration process is accurate and true. Incorrect or misleading information may lead to the rejection of your registration or suspension of your account.
- Single Account Policy: You are allowed to maintain only one registered account on the platform. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in account termination.
5. Use of the Platform
- Coupon Redemption: You are responsible for redeeming coupons within the validity period as specified in the offer details.
- Respectful Interaction: Interactions with merchants through the App should be conducted respectfully and professionally. Any disputes should be reported directly to the merchant or escalated to Botswana Post customer support if necessary.
6. Liability and Indemnification

Limitations of Liability:
1. BotswanaPost and Ship2MyID will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.
2. BotswanaPost and Ship2MyID shall not be held responsible for any breach of consumer data that occurs as a result of consumers voluntarily disclosing their personal information to third-party vendors within the App environment.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BotswanaPost and Ship2MyID from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The app is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties of any kind.
- BotswanaPost and Ship2MyID are not responsible for any errors, bugs or interruptions in the app’s service.
- The app includes links and integrations with third-party services, BotswanaPost and Ship2MyID are not responsible for their content and policies.
8. Amendments and Termination
- Changes to Terms: BotswanaPost reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through a notice on our platform.
- Termination: BotswanaPost may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for any behavior deemed detrimental to the App's integrity. BotswanaPost reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Botswana.
10. Refund Policy
- No Financial Transactions Within the App: The Poso Klick mobile app does not initiate any financial transactions between consumers and merchants or businesses. All financial transactions are conducted directly between the user (consumer) and the respective merchant or business.
- Direct Engagement with Merchants: Users are responsible for engaging directly with the merchants or businesses listed on the Poso Klick mobile app. Botswana Post and Ship2MyID act solely as facilitators of this platform and do not influence, manage, or interfere with the transactions or agreements made between users and merchants.
- No Refunds from Botswana Post or Ship2MyID: As there is no financial transaction between consumers and the Poso Klick mobile app, neither Botswana Post nor Ship2MyID is responsible for issuing refunds or resolving disputes arising from transactions conducted outside of the app.
- Merchant Refund Policies: Users are encouraged to review the individual refund policies of the merchants or businesses they engage with. Any refund requests or disputes must be addressed directly with the relevant merchant or business, as per their stated terms and conditions.
